Robert Ball is a Portland businessman specializing in converting long-ignored buildings into classic living spaces. He is passionate about preserving historic urban buildings for use as classic living spaces. With Tom Connor, Don Woolley and the rest of their Evergreen M & F LLC team, Ball is renovating the Meier & Frank warehouse into stunning urban lofts. As always, Ball's innovative style helped to maintain the historic standing of this warehouse while preserving and recycling wherever possible. Among other historical properties Ball, Connor and Woolley have preserved are the Marshall-Wells Lofts, The American Building and The Embassy.
